Refund Policy

Effective date: 14 October 2026

14-day refunds on Portmole Pro. If Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of purchase and you’ll get your money back.

How to request a refund

Email aryan@techynar.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you bought with, and include your order number or receipt. A reason is welcome but not required.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

What happens to your license

When a refund is issued, your Portmole Pro license key is revoked and Pro features stop working on every Mac it was activated on. The free version of Portmole keeps working.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are not normally refundable, but if something has gone wrong, email us and we’ll do our best to help. Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under the law where you live. See the Terms of Use for the full license terms.
